Rainbow Smoothie Bowl

A vibrant, feel-good smoothie bowl bursting with layers of naturally sweet fruit, blended until silky smooth and topped with a colourful mix of fresh fruit, seeds and crunch. Refreshing, nourishing and as beautiful as it is delicious – the perfect way to brighten your day.

What you will need

  • CINNAMON BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
  • RAINBOW FRUIT TOPPING
  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 200g frozen blueberries
  • ½ fresh peach, sliced thinly
  • 6 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 large kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 200ml oat milk,
  • Handful fresh blueberries
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • Natural Herbs & Spices Ground Cinnamon

Method

Place the bananas, blueberries, oats, peanut butter, oat milk, honey and flax seeds in a high powered blender.

Season to taste with Natural Herbs & Spices Ground Cinnamon.

Blend until smooth.

Add a splash more oat milk if your blender requires more liquid to get a smooth consistency.

 

Pour smoothie into two bowls and place level in the freezer.

 

Prepare all the fruit and have it ready just before serving.

 

Top your smoothie bowls with your fruit in beautiful rainbow-like colourful lines.

Garnish with some fresh mint.

Serve right away and enjoy!
